1. Strategy and Business Development
• Business strategy: Develop market development strategies in Hai Phong, Quang Ninh and neighboring provinces. Determine business goals and long-term strategies in line with the company's development plan.
• Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze local markets to identify new opportunities and trends. Understand customer needs, competitors, and factors affecting business operations.
• Building partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, major customers and organizations in the region.
2. Revenue Management and Monitoring
• Sales team management: Operate and supervise sales staff in Hai Phong area, including recruitment, training and team development.
• Revenue Growth: Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the region. Implement sales promotion programs and marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Ensure that regional spending is managed effectively and within approved budget limits.
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Build long-term customer relationships: Care for and maintain relationships with existing customers, while seeking new customers.
• Customer Problem Resolution: Ensure that customer issues and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction: Create customer care strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Reporting and Analysis
• Business performance reports: Provide periodic reports on business performance of Hai Phong area and other areas in charge, including revenue, expenses, and other performance indicators.
• Data Analytics: Use data and analytics tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Coordination and Cooperation with Other Departments
• Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with departments such as marketing, manufacturing, finance, and operations to ensure business strategies are implemented effectively.
• Inventory management, warehouse goods and supply: Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products and sufficient quantity to customers. Goods are guaranteed to be of sufficient quantity and quality.

• 5 - 7 years of experience in the field of business or management of hotels, resorts, luxury goods, wine, alcoholic beverages, 2 - 3 years in a similar position (management level), in the North or Hai Phong region.
• Degree: university degree or higher in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• Understand the local market, especially industries, consumer trends and customer requirements in Hai Phong.
• Ability to lead, manage teams and build business strategies.
• Ability to communicate well, negotiate and solve problems effectively with customers and partners.
