- Handling Air-Sea import/export shipments.
- Track export/import shipments, contact carriers, coloaders to get Booking information, confirm Bookings, make email alerts to customers and agents.
- Take care of accurate documents for each shipment.
- Enter data into the system and make payments to carriers & agents.
- Contact the customs agent to arrange customs clearance.
- Contact Foreign Agent to check & request a quote.
- Send notice of goods to agents and customers.
- Arrange pick-up or delivery on time.
- Statistics of work data and confirmation of debts with customers and agents to issue monthly invoices.
- Solve problems & find solutions for every shipment，if any problems arise during the operation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Manager.
* Recruitment requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics/forwarder company.
- Know the process of making goods on import / export AIR / SEA.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Must be fluent in writing and speaking English or Chinese. Communicate effectively via Email in English or Chinese.
- Age between 23 -30 years old.
