1. Recruit and develop an affiliate network (KOC/KOL/creator)
- Identify and propose partnerships with KOCs/KOLs who have strong sales potential on TikTok Shop.
- Create product review content.
2. Create a monthly affiliate plan and track the program.
- Create and send affiliate codes (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
- Set commission rates for each group.
- Monitor activities through the system, evaluate them, and provide suggestions for improvement.
3. Influencer/affiliate campaign management
- Plan weekly/monthly livestream sessions with KOLs/KOCs.
- Divide KOCs by product category, price point, and follower group.
- Verify that the content you post aligns with your brand.
- Work with the Commercial & Marketing team to promote deals, advertising, and communications.
4. Negotiating and optimizing cooperation costs.
- Commission agreement based on results.
- Track the ROI of each KOC/KOL/campaign, whether to stop, maintain, or increase the budget.
5. Reports & Analysis
- Data analysis: GMV for each campaign/creator, conversion rate.
- Suggest solutions for improvement: effective channels, potential creators, commission adjustments, posting times, and content types.
6. Managing and nurturing the affiliate community
- Create a KOC/Affiliate community group.
- Send out campaign and product updates every week.
- Organize mini-games and reward top sellers to maintain engagement.
Working hours: - Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Closed Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
