- Job details:
- Manage inventory, including incoming and outgoing goods, on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Inventory must adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle.
- A full inventory check of goods in the warehouse is conducted once a month.
- Regularly check inventory and expiration dates to avoid having goods nearing or past their expiration date.
- Receiving and processing order information, booking orders, and handling order data on the system.
- Work with Sales on issues related to orders, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure that information and notifications are communicated promptly to the relevant departments.
- Check inventory, monitor monthly and quarterly promotions, and follow procedures carefully to avoid errors.
- Monitor sales performance and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
- Report business results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to superiors.
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and compare them with the accounting department to calculate employee salaries and bonuses.
- Gather, draft, and archive the paperwork, files, and documents of the sales department.
- Repeat the monthly timesheet.
- Handle the paperwork for returning goods, exchanging goods, and completing the necessary documents to send to QA and Accounting.
- Other tasks as requested by the department head.
- Job requirements:
- Graduated from college or higher with a major in Accounting or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in a Sales Admin or Accounting role.
- They are patient, careful, and meticulous.
- Good communication skills.
- Time management skills.
