- Coordinate ordering and delivery:
- Consolidate orders; Monitor import - export - inventory of goods to proactively sell and purchase supplies and production materials when needed; Track orders, deliver on schedule, create accurate delivery records for each order.
- Receive all feedback from customers/agents via phone, check information, and send reports to Department Manager/Sales Director.
- Ensure sales: Monitor each employee's sales to motivate employees to follow the revenue schedule; Manage and motivate customers regarding debt deadlines.
