KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS- To settle payment, record Opex, Capex expenditure into accounting software (50%)
- Reviewing payment documents for contractors/suppliers
- Record all Opex, Capex expenditure to accounting software
2. Tax declaration & prepare Financial Statements (20%)
- Declare and make Tax payment
- Prepare FS on the basis quarterly/annual, submit to supervisors
3. Quarterly Forecast, Annual Budget (10%)
- Assist in preparing the quarterly forecast, annual budget.
4. To assist in monitoring the implementation and performance of projects (10%)
- Prepare the actual report for the project.
- Assist to pinpoint the differentiations between the approved figures and the actual figures
5. Monthly report (10%)
REQUIREMENTS - University Degrees in Accounting/Finance.
- At least 2 – 3 years working experience
- Understanding VAS, IFRS, Tax declaration
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good communication, carefulness, high responsibility, be able to work under pressure
