Job description:- Calculate monthly salary
- Update changes to laws and regulations on tax, labor, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.
- Prepare and submit VAT, PIT, CIT, Financial Statements, QT CIT, QT CIT for the year
- Check all accounting transactions incurred daily/monthly/yearly
- Plan and manage the company's monthly/annual budget, such as: Employee salary, recruitment budget, events...
- Prepare and track contracts
- Support recruitment when needed.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and/or duties as reasonably required by management
- Arrange and store accounting documents and books according to regulations
- Perform administrative - office tasks, coordinate work with other departments as assigned by the director and chief accountant
- Exchange specific job interview
Candidate Requirements: . Degree in Finance/Accounting/Financial Auditing/Economics or related field.
· Experience in related positions (Experience in Startup industry is a plus)
· Experience or good understanding of payroll, social insurance
· Careful, meticulous, highly responsible and have effective organizational skills
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Able to work under pressure
· Good conversational English
