Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Gather client briefs and brainstorm effective solutions
Develop and pitch proposals to win projects
Strategically develop and implement event campaigns across all channels
Manage projects efficiently (timelines, budget, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing)
Coordinate suppliers, troubleshoot on event day, and oversee dismantling and removal
Conduct post-event evaluation and make reports for stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client teams
Research event markets and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years experience in related fields
University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade or related fields
Creative and active team player who is passionate, highly committed, and self-motivated
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and innovation
Knowledgeable and up-to-date with event marketing, communication, and advertising
Good command of English
