Job Description

JOB DUTIES

Develop and maintain solid relationships with the company's existing key customers, contributing to revenue for the company.
Resolve and support key account issues
Act as the primary point of contact between key accounts and internal teams.
Communicate and coordinate with advertising, design, marketing, sales and logistics departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Synthesize reports on progress and goals for the board of directors and plan team revenue.
Thoroughly understand customer needs and requirements. From there, prepare and propose appropriate solutions.
Negotiate contracts with key accounts and meet established deadlines to accomplish each client's long-term goals.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years of experience as Account Executive/Manager or Marketing
Worked at the company in one of the following occupations:
- Media agency
- Creative agency
- Game production or publishing company
- Technology company
- Telcos
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, marketing or related field.
Proven experience in key account management
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
Ability to build relationships with key accounts
Have good marketing thinking.
Ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
Negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
Customer service skills.
Good communication skill.
Candidates who have studied abroad are an advantage.
