a. Teacher Section:
- Recruiting additional and replacement teachers (average 5-10 teachers/month), including:
+ Post recruitment ads and filter candidates.
+ Filter candidate profiles, contact for interviews.
+ Participate in demo and score demo.
- Training teachers, including:
+ Orientation before teaching and bringing teachers into the system.
+ Teacher training, including: training on how to teach, training on the teaching programs of SS English Academy being applied.
+ Book training for teachers as required
- Teacher management, including:
+ Update teacher information on the system and related files.
+ Evaluate teachers' teaching effectiveness
+ Approve teachers' leave,
+ Work to remind and warn teachers in the school for violating regulations and provide feedback on attendance, class quality, late learning reports...
+ Work with managers of foreign teacher supply partners
b. Curriculum management
+ Manage program framework files and students' learning paths
+ Manage ASM roadmap for new students, Renew for students on the renewal list whose course is about to end.
+ Manage route adjustments to personalize the student's unique needs.
+ Manage the scoring of quiz trials/ ESL/IELTS tests.
c. Grasping the general work of the academic department, the representative participates in meetings with the management board to implement work requirements from the Board of Directors.
