Job Description
- Supporting the orientation, building, and developing the quality of teaching and managing English subjects and managing the English team
- Participate in composing lesson plans, slides, placement tests, and other related materials for the English subject
- Participate in developing and compiling lesson plans, outlines, slides, entrance tests and related documents for English subject
- Support in building the QA – QC Department
- Support to build quality management department to ensure document quality
- Orientate and set up the Supervisor Department
- Orienting and building the classroom supervision department
- Participate in composing tutors&#; training content and training new tutors
- Participate in the development of training content and conduct training of new tutors
- Orientate and participate in setting up an academic testing team
- Orienting and participating in the construction of the Testing department to prepare entrance tests, train testers, participate in checking the quality of students' input when needed.
- Other admin tasks: Class and Tutor management, ...
- Other administrative tasks: classroom management and tutoring,
- Cooperate with other departments to make and implement the company&#;s market development plans
- Collaborate with other departments to build and execute the company's development plan
- Teach assigned classes
- Participate in teaching assigned classes
