- Plan to search for KOL/KOC/Press channels of social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok,...
- Search, negotiate, book KOL/KOC/Press channels suitable for the company's products
- Drawing up contracts, resolving complaints during working with KOL/KOC/Press channels
- Manage and distribute appropriate budget for each campaign
- Choose KOL/KOC/Press channels suitable to the goals of each campaign
- Supporting content production of KOL/KOC/Press channels: providing information & images, monitoring video recording and taking photos, feedback and confirmation of content
- Coordinate with other departments of the company to facilitate the Booking process and achieve high efficiency
- Measure campaign effectiveness and make reports

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deploy concepts into detailed scenarios to build channels for customers
- Screening and feedback on outsourced scripts from script writers, sending and completing.
- Feedback during video production (post-production) editing with the Editing Team and posting to the channel.
- Manage Video production Timeline with Team and customers.
- Research trends, catch trends, learn how the platform works and algorithms over time.
- Come up with ideas, shoot, edit videos, take photos, and cut and combine clips to create a complete clip.
- Edit and create effects to complete videos and clips according to the organization's requirements.
- Create advertising clips, Viral clips, product introduction videos, product descriptions.
- Create new video content according to the organization's trends and directions.
- Support other tasks in the internal communications team
- Some tasks are assigned by the Department Head.
