    Job Description

    Job description:

    1. Consulting, drafting, adjusting, and legal appraisal of Vietnamese contracts, agreements, and transaction documents related to the company's business activities
    2. Consulting on legal issues that arise daily during the company's operations
    3. Consulting and implementing approved policies and directions related to business registration documents and investment registration documents for Company administration
    4. Consulting, building, drafting and adjusting internal documents, rules and regulations of the Company.
    5. Consulting and implementing tasks, procedures and documents related to legal proceedings
    6. Consulting on arising issues or implementing protection registration documents for the Company's intellectual property assets
    7. Consulting, updating, introducing, disseminating, and evaluating the impact of new legal regulations related to Company operations, land laws, environment,...
    8. Other work assigned by superiors or self-assigned to ensure completion of functions and duties of the position

    Job requirements:

    • Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law
    • 4 - 5 years of experience working at Law Firms or Internal Legal Departments
    • Priority is given to candidates who have worked at an enterprise with a manufacturing plant, have a law practice certificate, and are knowledgeable about real estate.
    • English: proficient in 4 skills, good at using English specialized in law and foreign trade contracts.
    • Use office information technology
    • Skills: analyze, research, grasp legal issues accurately, learn quickly and effectively solve problems
    • Personality: Careful, meticulous, upright, responsible and information confidential
    • Abilities: ability to work in groups, coordinate with departments/divisions, communicate well, be considerate and gentle, dedicated and passionate about internal legal work
