Description of work assignments: as per Job description attached to this Contract and assigned by Superiors.
Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the operation of works: preservation, loading, unloading and storage.
- Responsible for stock control (In & Out) according to the requirements of other departments;
- Responsible for the inventory of stock monthly and quarterly.
- Supervise 3PL suppliers;
- Comply with the safety and environment policy; understand and adhere to the safety and hygiene standards in the working area;
- Practice 5S methodology at the work place;
- Reconcile between physical stocks and warehouse system/ERP;
- Prepare reports related to stocks and warehouse;
- Keep documentation of stocks issued. Oversees general operations and activities of warehouse. Suggest opinions to improve warehouse operations
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Manager
