RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain an interactive and engaging online communication with the clients of the game.
- Keep a professional and positive attitude, predisposing the clients to continue participation.
- Work to continuously improve and up-level your hosting skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native Vietnamese.
- Good level of English.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Open and communicative demeanor.
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: consulting, good speaking voice, handling, and good communication skills along with English.
- To meet job requirements, understanding of is needed: customer care, customer support, service advisor, coordination as well as service.
