業務内容: - 金融に関する日本語にてカスタマーサポート作業やお問い合わせの対応。(メール、電話、カスタマーサポートシステム)。 - 日本人顧客の書類を承認する作業。 - Delivering customer support via phone call, email, live chat, report,... - Handle escalation and follow up by communication with internal and external partners. - Train, and develop the Japanese Customer Service team (If have). - Support to look for new clients, diplomatic issues, marketing, research & conduct other missions assigned by Manager & Directors
