·                Responsibilities
-          Organize the QC team and system (in-house materials, in line, end line inspection, AQL report)
-          Monitor all operations that affect quality
-          Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
-          Assure the reliability and consistency of production    by checking processes and final output
-          Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
-          Communicate with external quality assurance officers (Korea office or buyers) during on-site inspections.
-          Review and update current standards and policies
-          Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
