Mô tả công việc

    What You’ll Do
    • Conduct in-depth research and sourcing to build a robust candidate database aligned with client requirements.
    • Identify and explore potential recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
    • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and client specifications.
    • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
    • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including data entry and documentation.
    • Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

    What You Need
    • 4th year students, priority given to students committed to working full-time;
    • Good communication skill;
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
