JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Test Engineer Lead to act as the primary technical capability builder for our growing Vietnam test engineering team. In this high-visibility role, you will be the driving force behind modernizing our testing methodologies, integrating test automation strategies, and elevating the technical depth of a young, talented engineering team. The Test Lead main objective is to ensure that our projects meet their delivery quality objectives within time, cost and risks constraints by following our test methodology and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deploy our test methodology on projects
• Coordinate test related activities within our project team
• Lead the test management stream and resources. Monitor scope, schedule, and budget of the stream.
• Analyzes the project requirements and planning to design our test strategy and plan.
• Contribute to the quality risk identification and analysis throughout the project to ensure sufficient and accurate test coverage.
• Coordinates and drives project test campaigns and report on progress and results.
• Supports and advises the definition of Client global test strategy and plan
• Plan and contribute to the test training and knowledge transfer to our project team and customers.
• Contribute to test product evolution, support best practices elaboration and deployment, proposes and follows on CBRs.

2.Interactions / Collaboration

• Project team (Project Manager, Architects, SMEs): to ensure alignment on, and adhesion to,
• the test strategy.
• Client support team: to ensure project handover of test management artifacts.
• Our product team: test product corrective maintenance and evolution.
• Clients and System Integrator Partners: knowledge transfer and support for test

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 5 to 7+ years of highly technical experience in software testing, test engineering, or SDET roles, preferably within complex B2B software, enterprise SaaS, banking, or fintech environments.
• Excellent English communication (spoken + written). You should be comfortable presenting technical strategies, confidently run meetings, write test strategies, present quality risks, negotiate with international stakeholders, and advise external clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in managing contributors and team members
• Experience with DevOps, SaaS, CI/CD is a plus
