We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Executive to support and report directly to the Senior Supply Manager. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, maintain close communication with partners, and ensure all partner offers and updates are accurately shared with the team. You will be a vital link between the Senior Supply Manager, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment.
Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, documentation, and other administrative tasks to assist the Senior Supply Manager in managing partnerships.
• Partner Communication: Maintain close and professional communication with partner representatives, ensuring alignment with the Senior Supply Manager's strategy and directives.
• Offer Tracking and Updates: Regularly update the team with detailed information about partner offers, packages, policies, and opportunities.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to share partner updates and align offers with project or client needs.
• Market Research: Assist in researching and analyzing partner offerings to identify trends and opportunities that align with the companys goals.
• Report Preparation: Prepare reports and summaries for the Senior Supply Manager, highlighting key updates and developments with partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in supply management, media, or communications.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with partners and team members.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with media markets, content sponsorship, or partnership management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
