JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring our first team member in Ho chi min, who will play a key role in establishing and managing our sourcing and QC operations across Java. This is an all-round position for someone hands-on, structured, and independent able to manage the full sourcing process from supplier scouting to final shipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search, evaluate, and develop new furniture suppliers in Vietnam (Ho Chi Min area).
• Follow up on product and sample development in various materials: Marble, Wooden casegoods, chairs, aluminium, rattan, rope.
• Conduct in-line and final quality inspections; prepare clear QC reports with photos.
• Supervise packaging, labelling, and shipping mark execution.
• Coordinate container loading and consolidations between suppliers.
• Monitor production timelines, delivery schedules, and resolve on-site issues proactively.
• Communicate daily with sourcing, logistics, and design teams in China and Belgium.
• Maintain accurate supplier documentation and performance records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Based in Ho Chi Min, Vietnam.
• 35 years of experience in sourcing, QC, or production management in furniture or outdoor living industry.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese - Chinese is advantagr.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and photo reporting tools.
• Drivers license and willingness to travel between factories.
• In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, experienced with Phân Tích Báo Cáo, knowledge of Quản Lý Dự Án, experienced with Làm Việc Độc Lập and experienced with Nghiên Cứu.
• Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of Quản Lý Thu Mua, understanding of Xuất Nhập Khẩu, knowledge related to Logistics, knowledge related to Quản Lý Chất Lượng and experience with Quản Lý Sản Xuất.
