CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Reports to Technical Director & CEO.
Set up complete System Design Requirements & documentations and associated Contractor & Equipment Requirements & documentations to ensure standard of system meet investor’s returns. Such design and management should conform to International Standards (IEC, ISO/TC, EN, ASTM, UL, ANSI).
Set up System Design Cost Accounting processes and SOPs.
Review Contractor’s design proposal and audit Contractor’s cost breakdown.
Design, audit, plan, execute, manage, quality check and reports on Technical (Project Management including EPC/Consultant & O&M/O&M vendors) in controls relating to asset, design, quality, standards, performance, efficiency, safety, environment, technical regulatory to meet company’s KPIs.
Design, audit, plan, execute, manage, quality check and reports on Fire Fighting documents.
Counter check and ensure initial System Design achieves expected technical & regulatory outcomes.
Support New Project Survey; Support Prepare pre-feasibility report; Survey, report on project evaluation: quality, risk, legal…/ Set up the project milestone.
Working closely with BD team to reduce, minimize and improve on legal & commercial technical-business risks in relation to Design Scope, Project Management (EPC Contracts) and O&M (operations) in BD’s operations and also the PPA/Contracts.
Coordinating continuous improvement programs (technical) and standards to improve performance/revenue efficiency within the teams.
Support Teams in project development & M&A projects acquisition.
Facilitates and support SKYLAR teams – Finance, Business Development, O&M, Asset, Legal, being a strong team player/facilitator.
Management of project construction progress, to ensure COD on time and meeting budget allocated.
Report and propose management solutions and technical initiatives.
Building team’s capabilities and daily operational matters.
Warranty: Check and evaluate the operation results from the contractor; Coordinate and supervise the contractor's work during the operation phase; Make a checklist of records, operation notes, project handover information.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English/Vietnamese.
Proficient in PVSyst, Helioscope, Solargis, Sketch up design, evaluation and associated assumption parameters.
Proficient in audit and generating a load-demand report.
Proficiency in solar technical/project full design scope according to International Standards.
Experience in EPC role on full system design and budget accounting, O&M experience on project underperformance.
Proficiency Management of project construction progress special in Fire Fighting procedures and other regulation procedure license.
Experience in working with Fire Fighting Police/local authorities and EVN.
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in Power System, Electrical, Electrical Architecture.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Sketch up project simulation software, BIM, Microsoft Suite (Word, power point, excel).
Team player with ability to communicate effectively at all levels to solve daily operational matters.
