Responsibilities
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Update trends, and report social listening related to the game
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create content calendars and work with creative team to deliver as time schedule
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with team Community to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Have knowledge and understanding of definance, crypto, blockchain and metaverse
• Have passion and involvement in Gamefi projects is an advantage
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major content marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability. Ability to work individually
• Fluency in English writing and grasp of terms used in gaming
• Have high sense of responsibility, adaptability, committing to timeline and effectiveness
• Personality: team-work, fun, and open to new and adverse opinions
• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
