*Job Summary:
- Strategic Planning (Senior) Manager is responsible for formulating & continuously updating sales strategy, conducting comprehensive market research, developing data base & providing inputs for strategic decision making
-Report to Deputy Director of Strategic Planning.

*Job Description:
-Formulate & oversee the business strategy for residential assets of the company in Vietnam & International markets (Australia, Japan), including but not limited to: – Product strategy: product positioning, key selling points, unit mix, unit size; facilities & amenities plan, etc.
Pricing strategy: pricing model
Phasing strategy
Work with sales team for sales channel strategy, commission structure
Continuous monitoring of budget and cost.
- Coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the strategy is carried out as planned.
- Market research
Conduct deep market research about residential projects, products, supply & demand, price, market
trends, customer behavior, etc. in Vietnam & other markets – Work with top-tier international consultants &
agencies to develop comprehensive understanding about market knowledge & practice .
Develop extensive database of various real estate markets .
- Other responsibilities include reporting and any other required works.

*Job Requirement:
- Bachelors or above degree from reputable institutions, specialized in Real Estate, Finance – related or Business Administration
years in Real Estate/ Valuation / Investment Banking/ Management Consulting/ Advisory
- Oversea education or oversea experience will be a plus
- Excellent communication, dedication & energy
- High proficiency in English
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and distill this information into meaningful reports and presentations
- High level of responsibility, creativity and ability to withstand work pressure
