Job Description - Being in charge of Social insurance registration and management.
- Take part in data management into the HR system.
- Support to take part in time attendance checking monthly for the payroll process.
- Handling end-of-the year award and parties (Most valuable person award, annual award, welcome new-comers, DE&I activities, 20th year anniversary activities...)
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend and write updated version of policy changes and improvements.
- Taking part in organizing CSR activities of the company
- Assisting HR in day-to-day department operation and general administrative job
- Hold annual Healthcheck, Entrance Health check , M-M review, Support store documents
- Other job is assigned by HR Manager
Job requirements - University degree graduated.
- At least 3 years’ working experience or above in C&B, working in High-tech company is a plus.
- Experience in organizing the internal event with large number of participants.
- Strong at communication and negotiation skills, detailed oriented, positive thinking and good at work ethic.
- Good at English (both written and verbal communication) - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Good office computing skills, work well with numbers.
