- Developing comprehensive multi-channel online advertising strategies for clients
- Executing and optimizing the performance of these online advertising campaigns especially on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Manage campaigns to achieve goals (KPIs)
- Conducting statistical performance analysis and reporting based on campaign results.
- Based on reporting and analysis, be able to find insights in improving the performance of the advertising campaigns.
- Work together with others departments to propose to new clients and take care of existing clients
- Train and lead some junior members of ad optimization

Requirement
- Good English
Key experience：
- At leastyears of experience in working in media/agency, can handle many campaigns for clients at one time (branding and performance) on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Have experience in using conversion tracking and measurement tools such as Google analytics, Google Tags, Facebook Pixel.
- Proficient in building report by supermetrics or data studio
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proficient in analyzing & reporting
- Business Level English (all skills)
- Great communication skills
- Driven and Proactive personality
- Goal getter

Working time：Mon-Fri, 10h00-17h00 (core time), can be flexibly work anywhere out of this time.
