We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (Social Outreach/Influencer Integrated focused), acting as liaison between Client and Agency, ensuring that projects are managed effectively.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Project Management (60%)
- Maintain communication across all project stages (briefing, proposal & execution).
- Take part in researching, planning, and deploying comprehensive Social Integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, ensuring timely & quality deliverables.
- Identify potential issues, prepare solutions, and handle escalations effectively.
- Monitor and implement cost spending accordingly, with the supervision of the line manager.
- Follow up on contracts, payments, reports, etc.
- Participate in presenting to clients in a clear and convincing manner.
- Client Management (40%)
- Be a key person in terms of communication with clients on assigned projects.
- Provide solutions & strategic advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED - Minimum of 3 years of experience of Social Outreach/Influencer Integrated.
- Knowledge of IMC is a plus.
- Good critical thinking, analytical & problem solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese & English.
- Must be effective at multitasking, time management, strategic and innovative thinking.
- Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
