JOB DECRIPTION
Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients on account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and employees.
Developing a technical understanding of our clients' product offerings and roles.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the internal team and clients.
Develop well-researched marketing plans/proposals for clients
Prepare monthly reports on account status on a timely basis.
Monitor the project team to ensure the project is going well.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Participate throughout the end-to-end client serving process: from 1st client meeting to proposal, pitching, on-boarding, and execution.
Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company.
Deliver multiple projects effectively (from onboarding to ongoing execution): closely monitor performance of projects, responsible for quality and output of internal team problem solving, discussing weekly/ monthly/ end-of-project performance review with clients
