Job Description: - Flexible working hours, either day or night shifts, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in English through a variety of communication channels, including email, chat, tickets, and social media.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and thrive loyalty by providing solutions and suggestions.
- Track order status to promptly handle issues related to product, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Adhere to the standards and policies of customer support.
- Communicate with suppliers to solve product-related issues.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements: - Final-year college students, interns, or those with higher degrees are all welcome.
- Fluent in English, especially writing and reading comprehension skills.
- Proficient in computer skills & applications.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive, focused, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, especially drop-shipping, is a plus.
- Previous experience in Customer Support is an advantage.
