Responsibilities:
- Take care of all customers who using and will using POM products, coordinate with end-user & agents related to tender, purchase orders and follow Sales order
- Lead marketing activities and training courses, including but not limited to planning, communication, promotion, presentations and budgeting.
- Manage correspondences and updates to customers, and make regular customer visits to understand their requirements and feedback on the products.
- Drive good and effective communication for strategic and tactical issues faced by customers and/or partners and foster long-term business relationships
- Provide support to tender process in terms of brochure, product information specification and any other documentation
- Maintain good relationship with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers to work with
- Identify, quantify and develop business opportunities for the Company
- Support management team managing the local sales team
- Work closely with sales and operations team to effectively manage the customer service cycle
- Keep an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, key competitors, technical developments and government regulations affecting local market and provide valuable insights to Management
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, training manuals and other related resources
- Submission of monthly reports to Manager
- Handle translations for product marketing materials and communication between overseas parties and local team
- Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology/Medical Technology/Biomedical Science, Life Sciences
- Min. 2 year experience in Medical field
- Be able to understand nuclear physics is a plus
- Be able to communicate in English
- Individuals with a self-driven, goal-oriented, meticulous and positive attitude
- The resume/CV must be written in English
- Able to be based in Ha Noi for this role
