Mô tả công việc

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Coach, lead, and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental goals.
    • Fulfil targets set for yourself and the sales team, as well as growth targets for volume and market share for the sales department.
    • Collect and continuously update market information.
    • Promote sales of ocean freight, consolidation, customs clearance, and domestic logistics services.
    • Find new customers or co-loaders for export sales.
    • Build strong relationships with current and potential customers by attending to customer inquiries and supporting other departments.
    • Increase awareness of the company and its capabilities in the local market.
    • Update the market intelligence and related report for management.
    • Expand the company's footprint in the local market.

    JOB REQUIREMENT
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferable in logistics, business management, or equivalence
    • Fluency in English.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to make plans, arrange work assignments, build teamwork, and work under high pressure.
