Mô tả công việc

    MAIN TASKS:
    ● Help us build best online cosmetic shop in Vietnam
    ● Set up and manage e-commerce sales channels - marketplaces, website, social media accounts and
    others online sales channels
    ● Test the new products and help us estimate potential for Vietnamese market - Yes, that also means
    free product samples of cool brands from all over the world. Be the first person in Vietnam to test
    them and decide which to import and sell
    ● Work closely with brand representative, manufacturers, influencers or business partners from all over
    the world, in order to support sales in Vietnam
    ● Perform market research and competitor analysis
    ● Answer inquiries from customers or business partners
    ● Create effective social media communication (zalo, facebook, instagram,...)
    ● Monitor the fulfilment process and make sure that customers receive their ordered products by
    supervising the external warehousing and delivery partners
    ● Learn to track and report important numbers for your managers on regular basis
    ● Work with designers and marketers on creating advertising and promotion materials
    ● Support copywriting & content creation
    ● Help with any other tasks assigned by Manager, necessary for company to deliver on it's goals
    REQUIREMENTS:
    ● Great communication ability in English and Vietnamese - as you would be working in an international

    ● Independent and critical thinking.
    ● Not afraid to ask for feedback or guidance from your manager● Work smart not hard. Sometimes hard is necessary too
    ● Strong sales oriented and data driven.
    ● Experiences from e-commerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo or other would be a big
    advantage.
    ● Experience in social media management or blogging, vlogging, beauty, healthcare, influencer or other
    proven results would be a great advantage
