Our valued client is one of the top international outsourcing companies. They are looking for some Mandarin/Cantonese-English Professional Interpreters for medical projects in the US market.
Location: Everywhere in Vietnam/Thailand/Cambodia/China
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
- Treat sensitively all confidential customer information.
- Update precise records in required systems.
- Deliver clear instructions.
Key Requirements
- High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate).
- Mandarin/Cantonese: Fluent
- English level: C1 or above.
- As a must customer support - post-sales support (both in a technical environment).
- Working night shifts (following the US market)
