Job Descriptions:
- Welcome guests and prepare beverages for them.
- Arrange meeting rooms and schedules.
- Receive and send parcels.
- Monitor notifications for phone, electricity, and water bills, then prepare payment requests for submission to the accounting department.
- Book business trip tickets as required and manage orders when necessary.
- Manage and organize all company activities.
- Send emails and announcements to all employees when there are new updates.
- Be responsible for overall office management, including overseeing services such as cleaning, office maintenance, security, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the General Director.
