Job description
- Develop Time & Action (T/A) Calendar for every season based on different production & different deliveries
- Enabling Internal and External Communication: Maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and production units to ensure smooth communication and the timely execution of orders.
- Understanding Product Properties: In-depth knowledge of product characteristics, including material type, colour, quality, and other essential factors that meet buyer specifications.
- Sampling: Oversee the sampling process, ensuring products meet the buyer’s expectations and quality standards before moving into mass production.
- Preparing BOM, Manage sourcing and material selection for products.
- Oversee product development processes: Liaise with production to ensure that the product is manufactured according to the buyer’s specifications, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirement
- Have experience in Merchandising, Sampling, Product development .
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of handbag production, quality control, and buyer expectations.
- A professional and presentable demeanour with a focus on client relations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Place of work:  Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province 
Time or work: 7:30-16:30 from Monday - Saturday
Salary: Up to 1500$ (or negotiation)
