Requirements
Making production plans, establishing priorities, monitoring progress;  resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Manage materials, loss and waste in production according to standards.
Participate in 5S activities, improve production to save costs, improve product quality and shorten delivery time.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Summarize and report to the Board of Directors on the production progress of orders, finished product output, production efficiency, and efficiency of machine use in production.

 Essential Skills
Candidates graduated from College or above (B.S of Foods industry, Mechanical or relevant major.)
At least 3 years of experience in a Production Manager position or equivalent. (Experience in foods industry is an advance)
Skills: Organizing, problem solving, working under pressure.
Strong computer skills including MS word, Excel, Outlook.
Good Comunication in English or Japanese.
Can work well under pressure and meet deadline
Dong Nai resident is preferable
