Job description:
Responsible for developing a system for quality assurance in order to meet and satisfy client requirements.
Responsible for seeing to it that production of items is in accordance with established quality policies and procedures and programs to ensure a high level of quality that will satisfy customers
Management all of internal ISO document in Fact
Roles and Responsibilities:
Checks and validates reports submitted by the QAQC Staff.
Evaluates quality assurance results.
Coordinates quality problems related to material and supplies and follow up
Investigates and attends to claims made by customers or internal-Corrective action
Assist the QA Manager on the maintain of calibration control system.
Develops program for quality improvement and reduce the defect objective
Develops training modules for quality. Evaluate performance of QC Leader and Inspectors
Control QMS document
Internal and external communication with customers.
Monitor the quality objectives
Plan & implement internal Quality audit IQA
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.
