JOB SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support, including data entry and report preparation, and maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and records.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and report preparation.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Assist project controller on preparation of supporting document & invoicing.
- Assist project managers in tracking project activities. Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication both English and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
