JOB SUMMARY:

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production operations, and maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and drive continuous process enhancements. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to support the achievement of production goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with US team (the industrial design engineers) to bring the new design concept into a manufacturable and cost-effective product.
• Tooling follow up from CAD drawing to supplier, review Tools drawing, tracking tools production timeline, injection parts approval.
• Modify and or add details to 3D files when necessary and appropriate.
• Fabricating prototypes for testing
• Tracking First PO timeline, Pilot run checking at factory and collecting golden sample.
• Overseeing supplier manufacturing process, ensuring products meet quality standard.
• Arrange sample per US request.
• Packing review before mass production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Previous experience in product development and quality control
• Familiar with welding, powder coating, tooling, plastic injection process and standard requirements
• Experience and highly skilled with Solidworks 3D modeling software and PDM.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent math, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in oral and written English
