Mô tả công việc

    Key Responsibilities:
    As a Planning Executive, you will handle one or more scopes as below, depending on project requirements. You will work as a team and in alignment with Senior IMC Planner and Content Creative Specialists.

    1. Plan and Develop Integrated Media solutions:
      • Create and present comprehensive plans and proposals for TV content sponsorships, integrated sampling campaigns with tech solutions, and sports/esports tournaments.
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align plans with client objectives.
    2. Content Sponsorship and Creative Planning:
      • Identify opportunities for brands to sponsor engaging TV content or integrate seamlessly into digital platforms.
      • Collaborate with the creative team to design and deliver content sponsorship solutions that drive impact.
    3. Tech Integration for Campaigns:
      • Propose and implement innovative tech solutions for sampling campaigns or integrated marketing initiatives.
      • Work closely with product/business analysts to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
    4. Sports and Esports Marketing Initiatives:
      • Design sponsorship and engagement strategies for sports or esports tournaments.
      • Monitor trends in sports/esports to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful.
    5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
      • Coordinate with clients, creative teams, media vendors, and event management to deliver end-to-end solutions with Business teams.
      • Provide insights and recommendations backed by research and data analytics.


    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Experience:
      • At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
        • Digital Media
        • Content Sponsorship/Content Creative Planning
        • Tech Integration/Product Business Analysis
        • Activation Management
        • Sports/Esports Marketing
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of media landscapes and integrated marketing strategies.
      • Excellent planning, proposal creation, and presentation skills.
      • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
      • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
