• To receive & circulate newspapers/ correspondences to/from Partners • To arrange & submit documentation for Partners’ signature • To arrange & prepare appointment/ meeting for Partners • To collect reports, arrange meeting & prepare material • To book air ticket, hotel, and restaurant for Partners & guests • To book stationery with Admin for Partners’ office use • To make all expense claim for Partners • To update and remind Partners’ schedule • To keep the dept. heads/Managers informed about the absence for Partners • To do translation of correspondences • To update / search information required by Partners • To carry out other assignments from time to time
