Mô tả công việc

    We are seeking a highly experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage partnerships with key vendors and partners, ensuring the best cost, benefits, and strategic alignment for our communication solutions. You will play a vital role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with partners, including TV broadcasters, retailers, telcos, and other solution providers, while staying informed of industry trends, packages, and policies.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Vendor and Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, including TV broadcasters, retailers, telcos, and other solution providers.
    • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate with partners to secure the best cost and benefits, ensuring mutual value and strategic alignment.
    • Relationship Building: Take care of partners, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to maintain trust and collaboration.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor and update the team on new partner offerings, packages, opportunities, policies, and any changes in partners plans.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between partner solutions and client needs.
    • Media Market Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of the media market, particularly in content sponsorships and partnerships, to identify opportunities and enhance partnerships.

    Qualifications and Experience
    • At least 10 years of experience in Partnership/inventory management and partner relationship management, preferably within the media or communication industry.
    • Proven experience in connecting with and maintaining relationships with media owners, government organizations, and other business partners.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable deals and long-term partnerships.
    • Deep understanding of the media market, especially regarding content sponsorships and partnerships.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
