JOB SUMMARY: You will be responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships to expand the company’s ecosystem and enhance its brand value.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify, propose, and develop relationships with partners aligned with the company’s growth direction.
- Prepare proposals, partnership documents, and participate in pitching to partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the partnership process, ensuring project progress and quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to execute campaigns, events, and co-branded communication activities.
- Manage paperwork, contracts, acceptance records, and payment reconciliation.
- Monitor, consolidate, and analyze performance data to recommend improvements for partnership activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, partnership models, and new collaboration opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS: - At least 3 years of experience in communications/advertising, sponsorship, content production, or KOL/KOC booking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in research, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience working with TV stations is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Marketing and Economics.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High discipline, enthusiasm, proactiveness, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
