Job Description
- Management of operation staffs: planning, arranging staffs and working schedule daily;
- Handle arising situation and feedback from customers during the operation process;
- Create and maintain good relationships with customers. Provide good services and consult on related regulations on import and export of goods for customers.
- Appointing staffs, assigning targets and evaluate employees every quarter, year;
- Cooperate with Sales & Marketing Manager to approach new customers;
- Cooperate with Sea, Air, Trucking department to handle shipments smoothly;
- Research and propose to BODs new operation methods to achieve higher efficiency.
- Statistics and management data, services that company provides to customers.
- Control cost, budget.
- Periodic reports to BODs.
- Other tasks will be discussed at the interview.
