JOB DESCRIPTION:

ENTRY LEVEL is WELCOME AND WE WILL TRAIN. 

ONLY RECEIVE CV IN ENGLISH
- Handle assigned shipments.

- Contact vendors and carriers to coordinate shipment processing.
- Track the schedule of each shipment to plan specific handling.
- Make invoices for customers, track revenue and expenditure for each delivered shipment.
- Check invoices and shipping documents to ensure they are always correct and complete
- Arrange shipment delivery plans according to customer's requirements
- Prepare and send complete sets of export documents to customers and shipping lines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management

REQUIREMENT:

MUST Communicate fluently in English (Strong English speaking and writing skills)
Provide excellent customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Excel, etc…)
Attention to detail; Excellent organization
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Teamwork, carefulness, meticulousness, and a desire to learn.
