JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ability how to read, analyze and understand all details, notes & information on a landscape construction field that is provided in drawings & specifications.
• Perform quantity take-off, tasks by counting number and measuring objects on drawings. Provide cost and profit estimate of construction projects with precise quantity. Coordinate with team members to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Must meet deadlines and stay late as required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Graduated from College/ University
• Must be able to speak, write and understand fluently English, TOEIC 550 or above
• Basic Math and Computer skills is required
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel ...)
• Able to work well under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
