CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Communicating with clients, replying the clients all the questions by emails/instant messages or by phone calls;
• Dealing with clients request, designing and consulting travel products to meet clients satisfaction;
• Designing travel programs at the request from Sales Department;
• Quoting based on the designed products;
• Coordinating with OP & AC team to manage and ensure the itineraries smoothly undergoing;
• Regularly updating the database of clients;
• Undertaking other tasks assigned by superiors.
