Utilize the relationship and ensure trust from clients and candidates Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques, business development, etc. Prepare and present periodic sales reports, business performance reports and results achieved to management. What You Need Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English, especially writing and speaking skills (IELTS, TOEIC certificates are preferred) Computer literacy. Customer service orientated Able to work independently, with a high sense of responsibility Able to work well under pressure and meet targets & deadlines At least from 1 year of working experience in sales, open to all sectors.
