WORKING CONDITIONS
Working Days : Monday – Friday From 8:00 to 17:00 (12:00-13:00 LUNCH BREAK)
Holidays : Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays
Annual Leave : As per Vietnamese Law
Working Attire : Formal or Business Casual
Payroll : USD700~1,000(Gross) subject to skill and experience
Overtime : Dinner with clients may not be subject to overtime
Business Trip : Domestic and/or international overnight business trips for one to two nights may occur twice monthly (have biz allowance)

Position / Title : Sales & Marketing Staff

Job Description :
Responsible for Sales & Marketing of housing and construction materials
Responsible for Export & Import of housing and construction materials
Responsible for coordination and attendance of foreign visitor (mainly Japanese)
To write and submit the report of sales
To assist and support the President
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor degree in a University
Experience : Experience working as sales or marketing staff either for construction, housing material or real estate industry preferable. Export/Import knowledge and experience favorable.
Expertise : Proven knowledge of sale and marketing of construction and housing materials.
Personality : Sociable, good communication skill, honest, leadership, enthusiastic, and good time management skill. Having good initiative, able to work independently as well as cooperative within a group, able to work under minimum supervision. Attentive to details, strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Language : Japanese (N2 or equivalent), have English reading comprehension and writing
