DESCRIPTION:
• Customer care and interaction
• Be responsible for interacting with clients to review incoming requests and determine realistic production deadlines
• File sharing handling and ensuring that productions / photos / images are done successfully in time.
• Tracks and reports all issues to management..

REQUIREMENT:
• Experience in using file sharing sites, customer care.
• Highly pay attention to detail and organization.
• Good written and verbal English skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and problem-solving skill.
• Administration and organization mind-set.
• Have the ability to work in a team and organize a group effort.
• Have highly developed scenes responsible for the work.
• Be able to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
